Job Title: Architectural Designer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and proactive Architectural Designer to join our team. Recent graduates with relevant internship/SIWES experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop design concepts and working drawings.
Prepare presentations, approvals and construction drawings.
Visit project sites, take measurements and monitor progress.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors.
Maintain accurate project records and drawing revisions.
Requirements
B.Sc./B. Tech in Architecture, M.Sc. is an added advantage.
Strong AutoCAD skills and a relevant portfolio.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or Enscape is an advantage.
Previous experience in an architecture or construction environment.
Internship/SIWES experience is welcome.
Based in Lagos or willing to relocate before resumption.
