We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Artist Manager

Location: Lago  (On-site)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a passionate, connected, and strategic Artist Manager to oversee the career development, brand growth, and day-to-day activities of our artist(s).
  • The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the Nigerian entertainment industry, strong industry contacts, and proven experience managing talents in music/entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term career strategies and growth plans for the artist.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, schedules, bookings, interviews, and appearances.
  • Source, negotiate and close deals including shows, endorsements, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with record labels, producers, event organizers, media, brands, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee music releases, promotions, marketing campaigns, and distribution with relevant teams.
  • Manage the artist's brand image across all platforms including social media, PR, and public appearances.
  • Handle contracts, financial planning, and ensure all business activities are profitable and well-documented.
  • Coordinate with the creative team on content creation, photoshoots, videos, and events.
  • Identify new opportunities and trends to keep the artist relevant and competitive.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven experience as an Artist Manager, Talent Manager, or in Artist & Repertoire (A&R).
  • Strong network within the Nigerian music and entertainment industry.
  • Deep understanding of music business, branding, marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • BSc/HND in Entertainment, Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
  • Must reside in Lagos.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly (Attractive + Performance Bonuses).
