Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and creative Music Producer to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong ear for sound, proficiency in music production software, and a proven track record of producing high-quality records across Afrobeats, Amapiano, R&B, and other contemporary genres.
• You will work closely with our artists to develop their sound and deliver commercially viable music.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, arrange, compose, and mix high-quality instrumentals and full songs for assigned artists.
• Collaborate with artists and songwriters in studio sessions to shape and refine their sound.
• Record, edit, and mix vocals and instruments to industry standard.
• Create beats, melodies, and sound designs that align with current market trends.
• Manage studio sessions efficiently and maintain studio equipment and software.
• Stay updated with music trends, new production techniques, and sound innovations.
• Work with the A&R and Artist Management team to meet project deadlines and release schedules.
• Assist with post-production, mastering coordination, and preparation of songs for distribution.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc qualification; professional certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Music Producer with a strong portfolio / discography.
• Proficient in major DAWs such as FL Studio, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, or Pro Tools.
• Strong knowledge of music theory, arrangement, mixing, and mastering.
• Versatility across genres, with strong strength in Afrobeats / Afro-fusion.
• Ability to play one or more musical instruments is a major advantage.
• Creative mindset, excellent listening skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with artists and under tight deadlines.
• Must reside in Lagos and be available to work on-site, including weekends when required.
