Job Position: Store Assistant (Female)
Job Location: Shomolu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm

Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and sales-driven Female Store Assistant with good knowledge of skincare products to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering expert product recommendations, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally, understanding their skincare needs and recommending suitable products.
• Provide accurate information on skincare products, ingredients, and usage.
• Drive sales, meet sales targets, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper arrangement, cleanliness, and visual display of products in the store.
• Manage stock, take inventory, and report low stock or expired products.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-up.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat patronage.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification; additional training in skincare is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Store Assistant, Sales Associate, or Beauty Advisor, preferably in a skincare/beauty store.
• Good knowledge of skincare products and skincare routines is mandatory.
• Female, aged 23-28 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat appearance, customer-focused, and sales-oriented.
• Must be reliable, honest, and willing to work long-term.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
