Job Summary

• We are seeking ambitious, intelligent, and customer-focused graduates to join our Management Trainee – Banking Officers Program.
• The program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into well-rounded banking professionals through structured training, mentorship, and practical exposure to various banking functions.
• Successful candidates will gain experience across Retail Banking, Branch Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Relationship Management, Credit, Compliance, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in structured classroom and on-the-job training.
• Gain practical knowledge of branch banking operations and procedures.
• Support account opening, customer onboarding, and documentation processes.
• Assist customers with banking products, services, and account-related enquiries.
• Support customer acquisition and relationship management activities.
• Generate leads and promote appropriate banking products and services.
• Assist with deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and business development initiatives.
• Support branch officers in maintaining accurate customer and transaction records.
• Assist in processing banking transactions in line with approved procedures.
• Learn and apply the bank's policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance with KYC, AML, risk management, and internal control procedures.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and support customer retention initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of assigned activities.
• Participate in branch sales campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to achieve branch and organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate continuous learning, professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Take on progressively higher responsibilities based on performance and successful completion of the trainee program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
