Job Summary

• We are seeking young, ambitious, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Banking Sales Officers across Nigeria. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting banking products and services, acquiring new customers, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
• This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and individuals interested in building a career in banking, sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services.
• Promote savings accounts, current accounts, loans, digital banking solutions, and other banking products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the bank's business growth.
• Conduct field marketing, customer prospecting, and promotional activities.
• Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking platforms.
• Identify business opportunities and generate quality sales leads.
• Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.
• Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Must be willing to work in the assigned location anywhere in Nigeria.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
