Job Title: Bid and Tender Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We seek a detail-oriented Bid and Tender Officer to coordinate competitive, compliant, and timely submissions for oil and gas service opportunities.
• The role involves opportunity tracking, bid preparation, document control, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities.
• Review invitations to tender and prepare compliance checklists.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, HSE, and finance inputs.
• Compile expressions of interest, prequalification documents, and proposals.
• Maintain bid schedules and ensure submissions meet deadlines.
• Verify that proposals comply with client instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Support pricing, clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain tender records, credentials, templates, and performance reports.
• Track bid outcomes and contribute to post-bid reviews

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ relevant bidding or tendering experience, preferably in oil and gas services.
• Good understanding of technical and commercial proposal processes.
• Strong writing, proofreading, research, and document-control skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret tender requirements and manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of procurement portals and industry compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Remuneration
N350,000 to N500,000 per month.
