 Job Position: Brand and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

• Elite Talent Placements (ETP) is looking for a creative, commercially driven Brand amp; Marketing Specialist to increase our brand visibility, manage our digital presence and generate business opportunities across our Recruitment and Corporate Training services.
• This is more than a social media role.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing brand and marketing strategies.
• Managing ETPs social media and content.
• Generating recruitment and corporate training leads.
• Promoting our monthly training webinars and generating registrations/leads.
• Building a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
• Creating engaging content and strengthening ETPs thought leadership.
• Supporting B2B outreach and business development.
• Tracking marketing performance and lead conversion.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or business development.
• Strong social media, content creation and lead generation skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Canva.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business results.
• B2B marketing experience is an advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
