Job Title: Customer Growth and Sales Manager

Description
- We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive retailer acquisition, revenue growth, and field sales performance across our Micro Fulfilment Centre (MFC) network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retailer acquisition, activation, and repeat sales.
- Manage and improve field sales team (PSE) productivity.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and customer growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active retailers.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
Requirements
- Proven field sales, sales management, or business development experience is mandatory.
- Track record of acquiring customers and meeting sales targets.
- Experience managing field sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
