Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketplace Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery, coordinate distributors, and resolve operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor orders from receipt to fulfilment and delivery.
- Coordinate distributors and track outstanding orders.
- Monitor operational KPIs and delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, distribution, or retail operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership, urgency, and accountability.
