Job Title: Marketing & Sales Officer

About the Role
- We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Officer to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to turn prospects into customers through effective sales, marketing, and field engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
- Engage prospects, attend client meetings, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including field visits and market activations.
- Track leads, maintain accurate sales records, and follow up consistently.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, campaign performance, and sales results, and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a combination of these areas.
- Demonstrable experience in lead generation, client engagement, and field marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals and client-facing presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and digital marketing tools.
- A proactive, organised, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Willingness to travel within Lagos and its environs for client meetings and field activities.
Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 monthly, depending on experience
