Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive retailer acquisition, revenue growth, and field sales performance across our Micro Fulfilment Centre (MFC) network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive retailer acquisition, activation, and repeat sales.
  • Manage and improve field sales team (PSE) productivity.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales and customer growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active retailers.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

Requirements

  • Proven field sales, sales management, or business development experience is mandatory.
  • Track record of acquiring customers and meeting sales targets.
  • Experience managing field sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
