Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Jos/Vom, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market share and identifying new business opportunities.
• This full-time role involves lead generation, building strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, and creating and executing business growth strategies.
• The position requires working on-site at Integrated Dairies’ Jos region, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in the dairy industry, is an added advantage
• Strong skills in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing sustainable, long-term relationships
• Solid understanding of Business operations and market dynamics
• Excellent Communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
