FMR Agency is recruiting a commercially driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager (Physical Expansion) to lead business growth for a fast-growing premium fashion and lifestyle brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding retail channels, building strategic partnerships, recruiting distributors and stockists, and driving revenue growth across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets. This role requires a proactive sales leader with strong business development capabilities and the ability to execute aggressive expansion strategies.
Ultimately, you will drive market expansion, strengthen the company's physical presence, and build scalable sales channels that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and secure new retail partners, distributors, stockists, and franchise opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with B2B, B2C, and B2G clients.
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities across Nigeria and international markets.
Lead negotiations and close strategic commercial partnerships.
Manage and support the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
Support the development of scalable retail and franchise models.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
Proven experience driving business growth within the retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
Strong experience building distributor, wholesale, or retail partner networks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
Willingness to travel for business development activities when required.
