Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with OPay on operational, commercial and technical matters.
  • Develop relationships with aggregators, telecom operators, media agencies and content providers; negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements, and organise performance reviews and joint action plans.

  • Ensure operations comply with Nigerian regulations and partner policies.
  • Monitor service quality, fraud indicators, complaints and online reputation, working closely with technical teams, partners and Customer Care.
  • Continuously benchmark the Nigerian market and develop the local content offering by identifying and supporting relevant partners.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Country Manager and international teams, and propose new business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • You have at least four years of successful experience in business operations, account management, partnerships or business development.
  • You have experience in fintech, mobile payments, telecoms, value-added services or digital services, in Nigeria or another African market.
  • You have managed partners such as telecom operators, aggregators, payment providers or media agencies.
  • You are comfortable working with KPIs, P&L statements, forecasts and dashboards. You have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL and BI tools are a plus.
  • You can coordinate several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
  • You understand digital marketing channels, particularly acquisition, CRM and conversion funnels.
  • You are organised, detail-oriented and analytical, with initiative and a strong sense of ownership.

Yes. The match figure is for you, not for them - Amaiden Energy Nigeria does not see it. The apply button works the same regardless of your match percentage.
Because boards rewrite titles when they republish. All copies of this vacancy are the same job at the same employer with the same closing date. We show the employer's own wording and list the rest above so you know you have already seen it.
