Job Title: Client Relationship and Growth Officer (NYSC)
Location: Fadeyi, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid — 2 days onsite per week
Role Summary
Procept Africa is seeking a proactive, analytical, and organised NYSC Corps Member to support business operations, research, stakeholder coordination, and internal reporting activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognised institution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good research, analytical, and information-gathering skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage appropriately with different stakeholders.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
Basic knowledge of business operations, market research, or data analysis will be an added advantage.
Female preferred.
What We Offer
