We're building a small team of Licensed Partners. You'll work on live commercial mandates across office, retail, hospitality, land, and warehouse assets in Lagos, supported by our systems, leadership, and brand. This role offers a task-based base plus commission on every deal you close, with a path to Licensed Partner and profit-sharing.
What You'll Do
Hold structured conversations with landlords and property owners
Advise on pricing and positioning before marketing begins
Manage enquiries, inspections, negotiations, and closures with tenants and buyers
Keep your deal pipeline up to date in Zoho CRM
Share short weekly activity updates
Who We're Looking For
At least 3 years in banking, finance, relationship management, or commercial real estate in Lagos
A bachelor's degree or HND.
Sharp, disciplined, and comfortable dealing with senior decision-makers
Strong relationships with businesses, landlords, or corporate clients
Motivated by earning from performance
Discreet with client information and professional in how you work
Training: Avinell Academy
New partners complete a 90-day training period covering the Lagos commercial property market, lease structuring, negotiation, compliance, and CRM discipline. After the training, you become a Licensed Agent, with a path to Partner.
