Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Title: Country Manager
Location: Nigeria
Overview
As Country Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across the Nigerian business, with responsibility for commercial growth, operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.
You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, developing local talent and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and profitable operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
18+ years of leadership experience in maritime, offshore, oil & gas, logistics or related industries
Proven experience leading a country operation, business unit or large-scale operational function
Strong track record in P&L management, commercial growth and strategic client management
Strong understanding of marine, offshore, regulatory and governance requirements
Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and financial acumen
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and manage risk effectively
