We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Ego’s Kitchen is looking for a polite, customer-focused, and responsible Customer Service Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch teams to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat patronage.
  • Maintain proper records of orders, feedback, and complaints.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Applicants must be able to work in Surulere, Lagos.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
