Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ibadan-Oluyole, Oyo

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, professional information about products, services, pricing, and company policies via given tools.
- Take orders, handle billing inquiries, calculate charges, and manage account cancellations or updates
- Forward complex technical problems or unresolved grievances to management.
- Listen actively to customer issues, de-escalate frustration with empathy, and process exchanges or replacements.
- Keep up-to-date with company policies, new product releases, service updates, and troubleshooting guidelines
Required Qualifications and Skills
- OND / HND.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Good communication skill.
- Problem-solving skill.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Positive attitude and adaptability.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
