We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Nkwelle Ezunaka, 33 - Anambra

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance on parcel booking, rates, delivery timelines, and other logistics inquiries.
• Coordinate therouting and tripping of parcelsto ensure prompt dispatch and timely delivery across all GUO Logistics locations.
• Supervise and verifyproper packaging, registration, and inspectionof parcels before dispatch to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Track and monitor parcels in transit and proactively update customers on delivery status or any service delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation including waybills, manifests, receipts, and proof of delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, claims, and inquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the operations and dispatch teams to facilitate smooth coordination between terminals and delivery points.
• Record and maintain customer data and transaction history accurately in the CRM system.
• Support revenue collection and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Promote GUO Logistics services by maintaining a positive and professional image in all customer interactions.
