We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, fashion, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong custor customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Lagos locations and delivery processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm, polite, and focused on solutions when dealing with difficult situations
  • Strong attention to detail, espexcially when processing customer orders and information.
  • Good computer and digital literacy.
  • Must be reliable, organized, patient, and proactive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
