We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Ads Specialist
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop effective advertising strategies to promote properties, land sales, and real estate investment opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and drive property enquiries, inspections, and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and campaign content.
- Analyse campaign data and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve results and return on advertising spend.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, HND, or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to analyse advertising data and deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
