Job Summary

  • Neo Homes Limited is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Architect to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting the successful execution of our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and architectural visualizations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and recommend solutions to design and construction challenges.
  • Support cost-effective design decisions and timely project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3–7years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or other relevant design software.
  • Strong technical drawing, design, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction practices.
  • Professional registration with ARCON will be an added advantage, where applicable.
