About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Investment Advisor with a strong background in real estate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of property investment, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify investment opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and property acquisitions.
- Identify and develop new leads and potential investors.
- Promote the company's properties and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective buyers.
- Conduct market research on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Guide clients through the property investment and acquisition process.
- Achieve assigned sales and investment targets.
Requirements
- Must have a background in real estate. Candidates without real estate experience will not be considered.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales, property investment, or property advisory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property investment processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
