Job Title: Investment Advisor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We want proactive professionals who can combine investment knowledge with effective sales strategies to attract investors, close deals, grow revenue, and and convert leads into successful investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify prospective real estate investors through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct prospecting.
  • Understand clients’ investment objectives, preferences, and risk considerations.
  • Present suitable real estate investment opportunities, payment plans, and investment terms.
  • Conduct investment consultations, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat investments and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Estate Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, wealth management, financial services, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven experience achieving sales targets and converting prospects into paying clients.
  • Strong lead-generation, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong follow-through, resilience, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.

Salary
N200,000 monthly with Commission on every sales and other benefits.
