Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, result-driven, and digitally savvy Digital Marketer to support the growth and visibility of Goonite Hygiene Product and its range of baby diaper and sanitary pad products.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing activities across social media and other online channels, while also supporting selected offline marketing initiatives such as market activations, product promotions, brand awareness campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
• Create and coordinate engaging content such as graphics, short videos, product posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve the company's online presence.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance, including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.
• Respond to online inquiries, comments, and customer messages professionally and promptly.
• Support influencer, creator, and other digital partnership campaigns where required.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of market activations, product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
• Assist with product sampling, demonstrations, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other consumer engagement activities.
• Support marketing activities in open markets, retail outlets and other relevant sales channels.
• Coordinate with sales teams during field marketing activities to improve product visibility and customer engagement.
• Assist in the distribution and proper placement of promotional materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and point-of-sale materials.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from market activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, brand marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, personal care, hygiene products, or retail will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Good content creation and copywriting skills.
• Ability to use basic graphic design/video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in occasional field/offline marketing activities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Sales and Marketing teams.
