Robeck Locks Limited was established in 2001 out of a need to bring stylish locksets to the marketplace at affordable prices without compromising on quality, functionality, and durability. We import and distribute a wide range of quality, fashionable door locksets and accessories to the trade and construction companies.

We have multiple branches in Lagos. Our products include furniture handles, locks, hinges, drawer slides, wardrobe fittings and kitchen accessories.

Job Description

• We are looking for a creative, hands-on and commercially minded Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager to attract new customers, generate quality enquiries and increase sales across our online channels and branches.

What You Will Do

• Develop digital marketing campaigns targeting furniture makers, carpenters, interior designers, contractors, retailers and homeowners.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create persuasive product adverts, captions, graphics and short videos that demonstrate product features and uses.
• Manage our social media pages and plan a consistent content calendar.
• Use WhatsApp Business and other digital channels to promote products, follow up on enquiries and encourage repeat purchases.
• Work closely with the sales and stock teams to ensure promotions reflect current prices and product availability.
• Track leads through to sales and help improve how online enquiries are handled.
• Test different audiences, content and offers to improve results and control advertising costs.
• Report clearly on advertising spend, qualified enquiries, customer acquisition and sales generated.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting and optimisation.
• Evidence of generating leads, acquiring customers or increasing sales through digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Ability to analyse campaign results and recommend practical improvements.
• Good organisation, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, e-commerce or marketing physical products is an advantage.

• Your work will be measured by qualified enquiries, new customers, sales conversions, repeat purchases and return on advertising spend.

Salary

• N150,000 - N200,000 + Performance bonus.
