We import and distribute a wide range of quality fashionable door lockset and accessories to the trade and construction companies.

Job Title: Shop Floor Assistant

Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Shop Floor Assistant for our Ipaja branch.
• The ideal candidate will support daily store operations by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and provide product information and guidance
• Assist customers in locating products within the store
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labeled
• Support restocking and proper display of goods
• Maintain accurate pricing and tagging of items
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic complaints
• Work with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE/OND (ND) in any related field

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Ability to stand for long hours and assist with light lifting
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong teamwork and work ethic

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 per month
