Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly, depending on experience

Job Summary

WhipSmart Services Provider Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage the company's social media accounts, grow its online presence, engage followers, generate leads, and attract new clients.

The successful candidate will work with our existing Content Creator and Scriptwriter to increase brand awareness and drive business growth through organic marketing and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and business enquiries.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to promote the company's services and generate leads.
• Work with the Content Creator and Scriptwriter to ensure consistent and strategic content publishing.
• Generate and track leads, follow up on enquiries, and support client acquisition.
• Monitor social media performance and submit weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proven experience growing social media accounts and running paid advertisements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert online engagement into business opportunities.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
• A portfolio or evidence of previous campaigns is required.
