We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Realtor Officer

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to boost property visibility, enquiries, and sales.
  • Create and publish engaging property content, listings, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media platforms, grow the audience, respond to enquiries, and maintain active engagement.
  • Track leads, nurture prospects, coordinate property inspections, and support sales conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration. Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, real estate marketing, or sales.
  • Proficiency in social media management. Content creation and digital marketing tools.
  • Good communication, copywriting, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Ability to generate leads. Follow up effectively and work towards measurable targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and creativity. and attention to detail.
