We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Shedule: Monday-Friday with flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach potential customers and sell Bliss Tasty Nut products in designated locations.
• Achieve a monthly sales target.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with customers and retailers.
• Present products confidently and communicate their value to potential buyers.
• Handle customer objections and convert interest into actual purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer interactions, and stock.
• Submit regular sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Represent Bliss Tasty Nut professionally and contribute to the growth of the brand.

Requirements

• OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1- 3 years sales experience but experience in field sales in FMCG is a plus.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching strangers and initiating sales conversations.
• A strong desire to achieve targets and earn through performance.
• Resilience in handling rejection and overcoming sales objections.
• Honesty, discipline, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and spend time in the field.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Salary
N90,000 monthly + commission.
