Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Ejigbo, Lagos

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, generate sales, and increase revenue within assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying new customers, building relationships, negotiating effectively, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas.
• Consistently close sales and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Drive revenue growth through effective prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and customer enquiries to improve conversion rates.
• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers within approved guidelines.
• Collect and provide relevant market and competitor information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of an WAEC/SSCE.
• Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, food sales, retail sales, or a related role is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable working in the field and visiting customers.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Must be proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.

Salary
N150,000 per month + Commission.
