We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Services Officer

Location: Walter Carrington Crescent, Lagos

Job Description

  • E-Channels applications support e.g. Finacle  Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, Finacle USSD, Electronic fund Transfer.
  • Proactively designing applications to enhance delivery of services.
  • Providing reports that produce 100 % accuracy for business decision making.
  • Monitor SMS and Email Alerts for optimum performanc.
  • Managing Mobile and Internet Banking Platforms for optimum performance.
  • Provide 2nd level support for bank branches on Mobile and Internet banking application.
  • Proactive designing of solutions to enhance the delivery of services on the two channels.
  • Generation of useful reports from the platform for reporting and troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • BSc in IT, Computer Sciences or related field.
  • Professional Certifications such as Oracle, MCSA, knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Java etc can be an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology (IT Operations).
  • Experience providing application support, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high platform availability
