Job Title: Documentary Producer

Role Overview
- We’re looking for a Documentary Producer who owns a project end-to end; from concept and story development through shoot coordination, crew/logistics management, interviews, and post-production oversight - delivering a finished film aligned with the creative brief, timeline and budget.
- This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing creative projects from start of the project, the production and post production deliverables to ensure a smooth and timely execution of the project.
- You’ll work closely with creative team and vendors to ensure smooth, strategic, and orderly execution of the project, and timely logistics of deliverables throughout the project duration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the narrative structure and story arc.
- Plan and coordinate shoot schedules and locations.
- Manage crew, equipment, and on-site logistics.
- Oversee post-production and final cut approval.
- Keep the project on timeline and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience producing documentary or long-form video content.
- Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
- Production management experience (crew, budget and logistics).
- Familiarity with post-production workflow and collaborating with editors.
- Excellent use of any project management tool.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with talent, creatives, or vendors.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and automation workflows.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
