Kind Heart Agency is a boutique creative studio focusing on high-end brand identity and campaign strategy. We specialize in fast-turnaround visual transformations, content strategy, email marketing, and creative direction for luxury and boutique brands.

Role Overview

• We’re looking for an Head of Operation  to lead and oversee the agency's day-to-day operations and coordinate the planning and execution projects. 
• You’ll work closely with management, creatives, talent, and clients to ensure projects move smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency's day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
• Create and maintain workflows, processes, and operational systems.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
• Coordinate weekly team meetings, check-ins and project reviews.
• Maintain proper documentation of agency processes and projects.
• Support management with planning, budgeting and resource allocation. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong project and operational management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 
• Strong people management abilities, attention to details, and ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, problem-solving and decision making. 
• Proficiency with Project tools such as Google workspace, Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar platform.
• Previous experience in an agency, production company, talent management, fashion, media or creative environment is an advantage. 

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in talent, creative, media, fashion, or management agencies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Google sheets.
• Strong knowledge of content production and creative workflows, understanding of production and shoot requirements.
• Strong knowledge of google workspace.

Work Structure:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
• Hybrid: Remote work with required in-person availability in Lagos
• Occasional weekends may be required for campaign launches or urgent communications

Salary Range
N280,000 - N350,000 monthly.
