Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Purpose
To make sure Gen-sets wired are done in accordance to company standard. To achieve maximum performance within assigned period by putting in your best to ensure that targets are met and required reports are made on time.
Responsibilities
To be knowledgeable in both Mechanical and Electrical aspect of the job to be able to test the gen-set perfectly.
Design, develop, test and supervise assembling of electrical component on gen-sets, machines and other related jobs.
Troubleshooting of Electrical devices and resolving Electrical faults.
Positioning of the load bank near the control panel to enable easy reading and bank cable should be properly tightened on the control panel and the load bank.
To ensure at all times that Diesel tanks and batteries are properly cleaned before switching on the equipment.
To ensure all the parts of the gen. set are properly tightened and availability of Oil/ water as required.
Proper checks (oil safety, water safety, water level etc.) should be carried out after starting the gen-set and before loading.
Check for any abnormal noise from any part of the gen-set or leakages of oil, water, and diesel or air before loading the gen-set.
Requirements
Minimum of OND in Electrical Engineering field.
At least 3 years work experience in a similar industry.
Troubleshooting engines.
Salary
