Job Title: Executive Associate

What You'll Do

  • Gather reports from teams, check them for gaps or inconsistencies, and clarify the key points.
  • Keep a current record of projects, decisions, owners, deadlines, and next actions.
  • Follow up on commitments, ask questions when progress is unclear, and raise issues early.
  • Help teams turn recurring work into simpler, more reliable processes.
  • Find practical ways to use tools and automation to reduce manual work.

You'll Do Well Here If You 

  • Are trustworthy with sensitive information and careful with facts.
  • Notice what is missing, unclear, or inconsistent.
  • Can handle several moving parts without losing sight of what matters most.
  • Follow through without needing someone to chase you.
  • Are comfortable asking thoughtful questions and respectfully challenging people.
  • Enjoy learning how a business works and making its systems work better.
  • This role is for someone who can do more than keep a calendar or take notes.
  • You should be able to understand an issue, bring the right people together, and follow through until there is a clear outcome.
