Job Title: Experienced Chef

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and design diverse, high-quality menus (local and/or continental).
  • Prepare meals with strict adherence to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, grocery lists, and stock control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of proven experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant or private home.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and flavour balancing.
  • Relevant culinary training, certification, or equivalent practical background.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Must live around Ogba, Agege, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja axis.
