Job Summary

• Our client is looking to hire an experienced Facility Manager to join our Operations team.
• We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager who can effectively oversee offices, warehouses and retail locations, ensuring reliable facility operations, preventive maintenance, safety and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility and maintenance operations across multiple locations.
• Drive planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and ensure high facility uptime.
• Oversee generators, power, water, HVAC and solar systems.
• Manage facility projects, renovations, warehouse setups and store revamps.
• Manage vendors, contractors, SLAs and service delivery.
• Oversee security, access control and emergency response.
• Drive HSE, ESG and statutory compliance.
• Manage facility OPEX / CAPEX budgets and cost control.
• Maintain asset registers and oversee leases / statutory requirements.
• Lead and develop the facilities team.

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Building Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate operations or maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators and solar systems.
• Experience in vendor / contract management, budgeting, project management and HSE.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and asset-tracking systems.
• The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially minded and capable of maintaining high standards across a multi-site environment.

Remuneration

• Salary: N500,000 – N600,000 Net monthly.
