Job Title: Field Operations Manager (Logistics Manager)
Location: West, Nigeria
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise the Company's daily field logistics operations.
Provide direction and operational oversight to Fleet Controllers across assigned locations.
Ensure effective coordination of vehicles, drivers and field
resources in line with operational requirements.
Monitor overall field operations and ensure compliance with approved processes and service standards.
Review operational challenges reported by Fleet Controllers and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
Coordinate operational activities between Head Office, field
locations, workshops, drivers and other relevant departments.
Requirements
Supervise Fleet Controllers in monitoring the movement, deployment and utilization of trucks.
Ensure Fleet Controllers maintain accurate and timely records of vehicle movements, trips, mileage, fuel
consumption, downtime and other relevant fleet information.
Review fleet monitoring reports and identify exceptions, irregularities and operational risks.
Monitor vehicle availability and ensure appropriate deployment based on operational requirements.
Ensure effective tracking and monitoring of vehicles throughout their assigned trips.
