We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: West, Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for approved vacancies.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate assessments with hiring
• managers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on open vacancies.
• Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across operational locations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records and HR databases.
• Process employee documentation relating to appointments,
• confirmations, transfers, promotions, deployments and exits.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within logistics, transportation, fleet management, manufacturing or another operational environment.
• CIPM or other relevant professional HR certification is an added advantage.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee relations processes.
• Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll and benefits administration.
