Job Title: Field Sales Marketer (Bulk Delivery Solutions)

Locations: Oshodi, Ikeja (Computer Village), and Alaba International Market - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • Our client is aggressively expanding its footprint across Lagos commercial trading hubs. They are hiring proactive, results-oriented Field Sales Marketers to take full ownership of key market territories.
  • Your mission is straightforward: get on the ground, win merchant trust, and convert high-volume vendors into recurring delivery clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Coverage & Brand Presence:
  • Execute daily field sweeps during peak trade hours (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
  • Serve as the frontline face of our client in designated market hubs, maintaining high professional standards in official company branding.
  • Direct off-peak merchant inquiries through our B2B ordering platform.
  • Merchant Acquisition & Retention:
  • Target and pitch high-volume traders, wholesalers, and general merchandise distributors.
  • Onboard qualified vendors, complete merchant setups, and maintain accurate business contact records for recurring orders.
  • Introduce eligible high-frequency traders to our Delivery-Credit Programme to drive sustained weekly volume.
  • Order Dispatch Coordination & Quality Assurance:
  • Collect precise dispatch details (pickup points, drop-offs, package dimensions, recipient contacts).
  • Issue transparent quotes using approved company rate cards; escalate bulk, oversized, or interstate shipments for special pricing.
  • Verify payment before dispatch and monitor parcel movement through final delivery.
  • Maintain strict data accuracy across all booking forms and vendor records.
  • Reporting & Pipeline Accountability:
  • Submit daily field logs detailing merchant visits, onboardings, qualified booking requests, completed shipments, and customer feedback.

Performance Standard:

  • Performance is measured strictly by completed delivery volume and recurring trade accounts, not passive visits or empty sign-ups.


Candidate Requirements

  • Location: Must currently reside in Lagos with easy, reliable daily access to Oshodi, Ikeja (Computer Village), or Alaba International Market.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of proven marketing or field sales experience (direct sales, FMCG, logistics, agency activations, or B2B merchant acquisition).
  • Communication & Street Savvy: Strong interpersonal negotiation skills; fluent in English and proficient in Nigerian Pidgin.
  • Execution Focus: Self-motivated, disciplined under field targets, and capable of operating independently without supervision.
  • Tools: Must possess an active, internet-enabled smartphone for real-time reporting, WhatsApp updates, and app demonstrations.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: N120,000 per month
  • Monthly Outperformance Bonus: Exceed your monthly delivery and acquisition KPIs and earn an additional N30,000 cash bonus at the end of the month (Total earning potential: N150,000+ monthly). We believe in directly rewarding high achievers.
