Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance/Operations professional to support the organization's financial and operational functions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning and reporting, budget monitoring, operational cost management, financial analysis, and ensuring effective coordination between finance and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor financial and operational activities to support business objectives.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and management accounts.
• Monitor operational costs, expenses, revenue, and cash flow.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support management decision-making.
• Monitor budgets.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient operational and financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Provide financial and operational reports and insights to the Group Financial Controller.
• Support audits and provide required financial documentation and schedules.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend measures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Must have completed ICAN Professional Level.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
• Experience in financial and operational planning and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the airline or aviation industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 / Month (Gross).
