We are Uni-medical Healthcare Ltd Nigeria, a subsidiary of Unigloves Singapore, owned by UG Healthcare cooperation. Unigloves is one of the largest manufacturers of disposable products for the dental, medical, nursing, hospital sectors and for the industry. Our manufacturing company is N. S. UNI- Gloves in Malaysia. We have marketing offices in over 10 countries in the world including Nigeria, Singapore, UK, USA, Germany, China, Brazil, Australia, Canada and Japan. We supply a wide range of cross infection control products. We make and supply over 1.3 billion gloves annually to medical professionals, as well as specialists in the food, automotive, janitorial and care sectors. The company’s Head Office is located at Plot B2, Block 73f. Alakoso Avenue, Amuwo Odofin Industrial Estate, Lagos with marketing offices in Abuja, Asaba, and Enugu.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet and Facility Supervisor

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose of the Role

  • As the Fleet & Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's fleet, transportation, facility, and logistics operations.
  • The role ensures vehicle availability, operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, cost control, and effective support for business operations across all company locations.

Requirements
Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience in fleet, logistics, facility, or transportation management.
  • Professional certification in Fleet Management, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related disciplines is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in vehicle maintenance coordination, logistics operations, and vendor management.
  • Experience managing drivers, fleet compliance, and operational costs.
  • Experience in a healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment is an added advantage.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of fleet, facility, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements.
