Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking smart, proactive, and motivated graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Programme.
• This role is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience across various business operations while preparing candidates for long-term career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development programmes.
• Support daily business and operational activities.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
• Work closely with different departments to gain practical experience.
• Carry out assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines.
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute ideas and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Must reside within or around Lekki, Victoria Island, or nearby locations.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
