Your Role
- You will be the link between clients who need exceptional talent and professionals seeking the right next step.
- Working with business owners, senior executives, HR leaders and hiring managers, you will listen closely, understand what each side needs and recommend the right solution from our advisory and recruitment services.
- The role combines B2B sales, recruitment and talent advisory and it is mainly office-based and digitally driven, with client meetings when required.
What you will do
- Find the companies worth approaching and build your pipeline through online research, networking and referrals.
- Start conversations with senior leaders, learn what they need from their hiring and recommend the right talent solution.
- Explain our services clearly, answer concerns with confidence and guide prospects to a decision.
- Find and manage strong candidates, arrange interviews and help see offers through to acceptance.
- Strengthen client relationships over time through consistent follow-up and accurate records, while delivering your sales, recruitment and revenue targets.
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics or a related field
- Completed NYSC, with at least one year of post-NYSC experience in a client-facing role such as sales, business development, marketing, recruitment, customer service or contact agent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills
- Resident in Lagos within commutable distance of Lekki Phase 1, candidates meeting the requirements above should apply and candidates who meet the requirements will be shortlisted.
