Job Title: Group Business Support Officer (GBSO)
Location: Makurdi, Benue
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and general customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain good communication with customers and relevant operational teams.
- Support daily business operations activities.
Basic Requirements
- OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, organised, and proactive.
- Basic computer and digital skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
