Job Title: Marketing & Media Manager

Location: Makurdi, Benue

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Victoria Travels.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence.
• Create engaging content, campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
• Promote Victoria Travels' newly launched routes and increase awareness and bookings.
• Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to promote services and follow-up.

Basic Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong content creation and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Experience managing a business or brand's social media account is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with partial remote flexibility.
