Our focus is to bring out-of-the-box meal selections to Lagos’ on-the-go consumer. Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To oversee the company’s human resources and administrative functions, ensuring effective workforce management, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee retention.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate training, staff development, welfare, and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory employment requirements.
• Manage office administration, facilities, company accommodation, and administrative expenses.
• Develop and implement HR policies and administrative procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and advise management on workforce and employee-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
